Incoming inspection

Incoming inspection is a key stage in the production process, consisting of the first inspection of components at the production facility. Its purpose is to confirm the quality of purchased components on the basis of criteria previously established and accepted by the supplier.

By performing an incoming quality inspection, we ensure the high quality and conformity of components, reduce the risk of introducing defective parts and ensure that only components that meet the standards go into further production.

Final inspection

Final inspection ensures quick reaction to production problems without the need to stop the production line or involve own employees. It also monitors the production process and minimises the costs of potential end customer claims.

In all our projects, we provide engineering support and guarantee detailed reporting of the services performed.

Support for the production process

We minimise the risk of defective products at the customer, reliably carrying out the component selection process. If any defective products are detected, we immediately implement appropriate procedures to prevent future production and quality problems.

We provide 24/7 quality control services. The complete report of our work is always available online. We provide professional invenio management and engineering support.

Equipment for quality control areas

We have our own assembly tables and tool cabinets, which we adapt to the individual needs of our customers. All data is collected in one place, so we have created compact tables that enable our teams to manage information efficiently. We also offer the possibility to equip the area with LCD displays, scanners and transport trolleys, according to the customer’s specifications. By using our equipment, we increase the efficiency and organisation of work, leading to better quality and productivity.

Packaging

We offer comprehensive packaging, repackaging and selection services for products and materials, both at the customer’s warehouses and in our invenio service hall. In this way, our customers can count on customised solutions that optimise logistics and production processes, increasing efficiency and service quality.

Certifications and authorisations

In 2001, invenio became a certified CSL I, CSL II, CSL III and GP 12 inspection service provider.

Controlled Shipping Level I-III are additional control processes carried out by an external company at the premises of the supplier. The CSL II procedure is implemented at the customer’s request if there is a risk that, due to current activities of the supplier, deliveries will not be compliant with the original criteria. CSL II control does not abolish the existing quality gates. It is a parallel service performed at the same time.
