invenio has been committed to the development of quality control for its customers for over thirty years. We are present at every stage of the process, from conception through design to the finished product. With a broad spectrum of capabilities, we provide our customers with reliable inspection, from component input to finished product output. We help our customers specify their exact needs and work with them efficiently to achieve their goals. We are where they need us to be. We have our own measuring laboratory and CNC machining centre to meet the most demanding requirements of our customers. Our services in the area of recruitment and personnel consultancy make us capable of providing comprehensive services to our clients. As a company with several decades of experience, we have the competences, knowledge and necessary tools to solve our clients’ quality problems at every stage of the process.

Invenio was founded in 1986 in Germany by Mr Alfred Keschtges. After just four years, the company started its global expansion by opening companies in Australia and… Poland. Yes, it was Poland that became one of the key locations for the company’s development. After 35 years of existence, invenio has offices in over a dozen countries all over the world, from Europe, through Asia, Australia and Oceania, to the United States of America. International experience and our employees, treating quality control not only as a job but also as a passion, guarantee the success of our customers.

A lot has changed over that time, but one thing has remained the same – innovation has always been our guiding principle. We place particular emphasis on the development of new products and technical solutions as well as custom solutions that create significant added value for our customers.

invenio is a socially responsible company, we take responsibility for our local environments, where we are stationed, by getting involved in local cultural and sporting initiatives, supporting sports for children and young people, as well as charity organisations. Among the institutions that have received our support are football teams, a mountain association, a hockey team, a wrestling section and a swimming section. We also actively support cultural centres.

We are involved in charity actions – we support, among others, the Children’s Home in Wałbrzych, the “Świetlikowo” Silesian Hospice for Children Foundation, the Christoforos Centre, we participate in the “Szlachetna Paczka” action or we co-financed the purchase of a defibrillator for the Rzeszotary Voluntary Fire Brigade.

Our employees can also count on additional attractions – every year we organise several competitions with prizes such as a health and safety knowledge competition, a calendar design competition or an art competition for employees’ children. We publish a company quarterly, organise bike rallies and integration events. We have our own football team, which represents invenio in numerous competitions. Employees can also count on special awards, e.g. for giving birth or adopting a child, getting married, jubilee awards for 5 years of service.

In July 2021, invenio underwent the SMETA ethical audit. The areas examined included management systems, freedom of work and employment, freedom of association for employees, health and safety at work, remuneration for work, compliance with working time standards, prevention of discrimination and mobbing, extended environmental protection and prevention of corruption and bribery (business practices). invenio passed the audit with flying colours, receiving an almost exemplary rating in each of the areas examined.
